I have an old import D-Technik VZ58 and I want to replace the barrel extension with a new pin and weld muzzle device. I have seen conflicting reports on whether the extension was pinned/welded on, or if it was soldered.
Can anyone help me figure out which it is? Is it just tac welded on the bottom, where that small imperfection can be seen? I sanded off the finish and don’t see any pin/weld on it
