I have a new, unissued Chicom chest rig that I bought at a gunshow for $10. It is mint on the straps and the front. On the underside, there are white mildew marks. I was wondering what you guys use to remove stuff like this without doing damage to the piece. Thanks upfront for info and help!

Magic Ingredient

Chinook, I know exactly what you describe and I've a sure fire solution: body sweat.

Not one hundred percent positive that those white streaks are mildew, in fact, I tend to doubt that it is rather most likely it is something left over from the manufacturing process or some sort of ChiCom preservative.

No matter. Not an issue. Wear the blasted bullet brassiere in good health and sweat all over it for mutual satisfaction. No kidding.

BTW, you bought the blasted thing at a killer price. Great get there, Dude.
