I see some class 3 dealers advertise "C&R" full autos.
I have C&R license.

How do you transfer C&R class 3 firearm?

I could be 100% wrong on this but, have been told. That once the paper work is approved a C&R FA can be legally sent to a the C&R holder that purchased the rifle instead of another C3 shop. Never really looked into it but, that is what I was told.

StreetTrends is correct, I have done this type of transfer.
You and the seller complete the Form 4 as normal. Once approved, and the seller has a signed copy of your C&R, they simply mail the weapon to you.
This saves ALOT on the transfer fees and other charges from intermediate dealers.
Just make sure the weapon is actually C&R and not a reweld newer than 50 years old.
