I have to move my windage all the way hard over and I am still off 2 inches at 50 yards. I have heard of some guys fixing this by pounding out the old FSB pins and redrilling for 1/8 inch bit and then installing new 1/8 inch pin that has been hardened.

This procedure I seen on a standard 47. Will this procedure be the same on a bulgy 74? My other question is since your drilling at 1/8 and installing a 1/8 pin what stops the pin from falling out. You would think you would want a reamer thats .001 or .002 smaller than the pin.

I just got quoted $145 from a gunsmith to fix. I bought the rifle for $170. Gentileman did not clean after corrosive ammo shooting. Chamber needs polishing.

Thanks
Will
