I saw that copes had bulgarian slabside mags and I was woundering what the differnce was between the polish slabsides you occasionally see for sale in the EE? The polish ones go for like $45+ and these bulgarian ones are around $16. If I had to geuss I would guess that the bulgy's are made for civi export and the polish ones are real military. Any one know anything about these mags, are they any good, correct for ak-100 series rifles, etc...???

Theres Bulgarian Waffle mags, Bulgarian "bullet" mags, and Slabsides, which are "bullet" mags without the raised bullets on the sides.

The bullet and non-bullet mags have a plastic mag catch. Not so hot.
You can get them here for $11 http://www.centerfiresystems.com/magaka-bul.aspx
But honestly I wouldn't, and I can't say I've read anything good.

Especially stay away from the USA made compliance "waffle" mags by Pro-Mag.

Go to http://www.44mag.com and buy their Hungarian mags, brand new solid steel mags for $15. Unless you're just trying to look type correct with the slabsides or something?
