This is my first post here on the AK forum!

I know that Arsenal USA's SLR series uses the 4.5mm hinge pin and the 6 degree rear trunnion which causes its side folding stock to droop lower than a Russian sidefolder (5.5mm hinge pin 4 degree trunnion) or fixed stock rifle. Do surplus Bulgarian side folders also have the lower angled stock like the SLR series?

Surplus Bulgarian side folders are the 4.5mm steel triangle type and were installed onto the same trunnion that Arsenal uses, Bulgaria never made a poly stock like the russian poly stock. The 4.5 mm triangles have the droop just like the Commercial US made Arsenal poly stocks. The droop is more a matter of the trunnion angle, if you install a Arsenal made adaptor pin and install a 5.5mm Russian 100 series poly stock to a 4.5 trunnion, it too will droop like the 4.5 mm stocks.
