Anyone able to track down the specifics of the regime’s latest executive order/assault on the 2nd? In particular, their ‘qualifying’ the definition of licensed (or not) dealer? Given the globalist control of the regime, I take that to mean a re-definition of ‘dealer’, to include an individual selling a firearm to another individual, whether kin or not. Remember, the Pantload-in-Chief publicly stated that the goal was to get as close to universal background checks as possible without going through the legislative route.

Not surprising at all that they pull something off the law shelf and sign it after some headline shootings . They will slowly strangle us ,i have been somewhat used to it living in a ban state nj [not too much longer] but going to a range in a small sports car i really fret ....is everything legal for transportation ,locked up ,separated ,compliant ,directly to and from an authorized range .

Funny that a guy that is pretty much brain dead could have such an ego that he writes these orders in the face of the so-called supreme law of the land.
he doesn't write them ,they are almost pre-written, pulled out of file ,edited and he is given a pen in front of cameras to sign and look like he is going something ....politics just politics . bottom line is voters did this idiots that disliked trump so much to put this ass hat in ,i will not be shocked if he gets re-elected too by these voters even with his record of screw ups after screw ups

If I had to guess, half of the votes for Biden were "not Trump" votes, and you can bet your ass the sheep will do it again if Trump runs in 2024. The Republican's best bet is to tell Trump to step back, and let DeSantis take the lead. I'm not sure if he will make a better president, but at least he's a likable guy. It's kinda crazy, but the Americans would rather vote for a smooth talking movie star than a competent politician. Trump would have won if he had just taken an etiquette class.

I left WA after the better part of my adult life, and moved to FL in Feb 22.

Not that you asked, but you may want to know that at best its a "purple" state, we have pockets of blue, pockets of red. It can be terribly expensive, terribly "hoody", terribly hot, terribly crowded and the whole state comes with a lot of BS, especially for things like home ownership, firearms laws, etc.
Its not all its cracked up to be, but it takes being here a bit to realize it.

DeSantis has baggage and meets a lot of resistance. While I support him (thus far) and I truly believe he is doing the best for FL, when he leaves and as the currently & dominate retired population is replaced/die off, the state will most likely flip to the left and I do not believe that is going to be an easy slide for the most part.

We are already looking for greener pastures based on what we are seeing on the horizon, just not sure they exist though....

Two easy to watch fact based videos on the subject of FJB trying to take your civil rights, yet again. This is another stone placed on the backs of peaceful citizens and another EO, law, or ruling which by definition criminals will not abide. It will accomplish nothing in the way of curbing "gun violence".

Colin Noir

Mr. Guns and Gear,

So, as a president* who left untold thousands of "weapons of war" in Afghanistan, is joyfully arming the Ukraine with more "weapons of war" with your tax dollars and had a son who lied on his 4473 to subvert a background check when buying a firearm, FJB's hypocrisy is glaring.

It's never been about "gun control", it is about people control. They want your guns because it is easier to control you and kill you, if need be, when you are disarmed.

Friends, buy more firearms and ammo, practice with them, encourage your friends and family to do the same.

I've been in the world since the Eisenhower Administration. I have not seen a President in my lifetime who destroyed America in the span of 2 years like Joe Biden. Nowadays everyone I talk to believes he will start WWIII, I believe he most likely will. Me personally, I don't shiv a get what gun laws or executive orders gets passed, you won't get my guns PERIOD

Florida is like Texas in that both have Republican super majorities but the Republican politicians do not act conservative. Democrats can not win so the Dems run as Republicans. This is happening in several states.

In Utah recently, Evan McMullin ran against Mike Lee. McMullin ran as an independent but received backing from Dems. Mike Lee won. Mike is the most Constitutional Conservative in the U.S. Senate.

I enjoyed watching McMullin getting beat. He ran as an independent but was just a lib/commie by another name. The Dems did not challenge Lee with a candidate but instead supported Mcmullin, sneaky. It told the voters all we needed to know.

I like Mike Lee and will continue to vote for him. His stance on the Constitution and 2A is very good. I'd suggest another comparison would be Mike Lee versus what we have regretfully elected in the anit gun, in it for self enrichment, Rino Mitt Romney. I'm not in his district but would love to vote on a recall for that pos.

Unfortunately I voted for McMullin when he was running for President in 2016, this is before it was known about his true colors.

And the hits from Biden continues as he continues to stomp on our rights. Throwing lots of money at AT and unconstitutional F.

And some people preferred this regime rather that mean tweets from an orange man.

Romney ‘represents’ the entire state, not a district. Any citizen of Utah can sign such a petition, assuming one could even get ginned up.

Wow, I've been a member on this site for about 2 hours and I'm amazed at how intact the 1st amendment is on here! On gunboards you can't even say the name brandon without having your post removed, I'm not kidding. That's why I rarely go there anymore, nobody has answers to questions a more advanced collector would have anyway. What a censorious trash site it is.
