I am trying to get information on one of your dealers in Las Vegas. I made a deal for a SLR-106UR SBR with Kelly at Machinegun Kellys. He said the rifle was in stock at Arsenal and it would take 2 -3 weeks after my check cleared for shipment to my FFL. He was very helpfull until he cashed my check. Now he is always gone to Fedx or UPS, or is on the phone and will not return my calls. I have ask for an up date a number of times the last week with no reply.

It has been almost 5 weeks since the check was cashed and still no information from Kelly.

Is this a real gun dealer or someone working out of his house?

I talked to a very nice lady at Arsenal today. She was very helpful and said she would follow up and give me a call back.

It would be good if every company had customer service as good as what I have experienced with Arsenal. The problem was in no way due to Arsenal but they stepped in and negotiated a compromise solution that was agreeable.

My thanks go to everyone that helped resolve the issue, especially Annette.

Be assured that I will be a repeat customer for Arsenal poducts.
