I also thought it was maybe x25, mostly because of the small size of the tin, approx 2/3 the size of a regular green tin. Only thing though is all the x25 tins like this I've seen in my limited knowledge opened on top instead of the end.

Seller didn't know what was inside, wanted $80 for it so I passed. Couldn't think of anything in a tin that small worth that kind of money.

Ive got a few tins of that from SOG a couple of years ago. Its 300 rounds, heavy ball w/ yellow tip. SOG sold it as Hungarian, and it cost like $40 per tin.
