It's not often that I'm blown away by customer service from an online retailer.

I recently ordered a couple AK bayonets from HR Knives. They made a mistake in the order and basically sent me one and charged me for two. No big deal. I sent them and e-mail late Friday night advising them of the problem. This morning, I get a response from "John" at HR Knives who immediately saw the error, apologized for it and refunded my entire order, and let me keep the one bayonet I received.

What's interesting is that this "John" guy was actually monitoring customer e-mails late Friday night and was able to make a decision AND refund my entire order by the time I woke up early Saturday morning. I've been in sales jobs in the past and I don't remember ever being available for customer issues late Friday night. I'm humbled by the experience and will shop there again.
