Looking for any unwanted receiver flats must be flats or 80 percents. Im paying 25 per flat but Im able to negotiate with. I will pay more for Bulgarian East German and Russian flats.

This makes me ask an interesting question. After the new rules (I refuse to say laws) are flats banned the same as full on 80% recievers?

@Thompsongunner I may be interested in some of these flats if the OP isn't and upon clarification of the law. I'm late to the building game and would be interested in some for builds and some to screw up while I'm learning lol

I thought a Texas judge put a hold on that as you can now buy 80% jigs again

JIGs were never an issue. They have continued to be sold.
You just can no longer buy them with any 80% frame or receiver. In the past, especially with the Poly80 stuff, it was a kit frame & jig w/ drill bits,etc....that has gone away.
Many companies simply pulled out cold, rather than be caught up in it all.
Only 2 manf of 80% AR15 lowers were included in the legal challenge that lead to a recent temp injunction.
Those two manf sued specifically for their products and were granted the injunction, but it only covers them.
Any others being sold are outside the new regulations afaik.
I know of no AK 80% that can be sold now - because no one took up a legal case. AK 80% were deemed "too readily converted"
I am not sure on P80 type pistol frames, its not something I followed with much interest, I do see them for sale as stand alone items as I noted above. I know the 1911 stuff is still GTG as well. for now.
anyway,
A state judge ruling on something - does not actually change enacted federal law. The bumpstock ruling out of LA, didn't actually reverse any thing as of yet has it? as in they are now for sale at LGS & online vendors again...

When they tried to ban 80% lowers you could still buy the lower, I bought 3 but you could not buy the jig . They sold minimal replacement parts for the jig but they did not sell the top. The main component. I did have a jig on order before the deadline (along with 100,000 other people.) I didn’t receive mine until the injunction went through. All of this bri g said I really only need a good template

well I cannot speak to what certain vendors/sellers/other people did or didn't do selling this or that. I have read the official release, related bulletin's and have tried to stay informed via actual legally credible sources, so that I at least do not violate the law.
AK 80% or flats do not have enough "individual steps to completion", to meet the redefined parameters to now not be sold sans required FFL transfer. Again, as I understand it. You are free to interpret your actual reading of it, however you wish.
...the way things in the rule has been written however, its been well agreed upon, thats its about as clear as tomato soup. This has left a lot of people/vendors/manfs doing all sorts of odd things, kneejerk reactions like that of Primary Arms, Anderson Arms, etc. and others simply flaunting the law whatever way possible.
The later doesn't help our cause any more than the former does!
Most however simply walked away from it, choosing to error on the side of caution rather than get tied up in a legal battle or investigation, which I can only assume was the desired result.
