I'm looking for a brake for my SLR-106CR/aka AK-102 clone. Will the 5.45 conical Krink brake that K-Var sells work for 5.56 and will it time correctly with the GB/FSB? or do I have to buy the 7.62 AK-104 brake that AK-USA sells?

I did a search and came up empty.

The AKSU booster is not the correct one for the AK102, check on Tantal's website. There's a bit written on this matter by Rob Stottman.

There's two ways you can have these, 1) Wait for a miracle untill you get a genuine Russian from a deact kit or 2) contact Chris @ AKUSA, he made a run of AK102/104/105 boosters reverse engineered from the original clocked for the Bulgarian FSB/GB combo... These are very nice and chromelined...

You'll need to specify for what weapon you're gonna use it one....5.56, 5.45 or 7,62.... but otherwise it'll have the 24mm thread fitting the Bulgarian FSB/GB

I ordered one of these from Chris Butler for my AK-104 project in 2004 and it was $100 back then. This is a very nice piece at a fair price.
