Hi everyone.
Thanks for your replies in this thread.
I will try to answer your questions.

Q: Any full auto in those racks for those with special licenses?
A: Nope :( FA is forbidden for civils.
However, it is not prohibited to have a full-auto sear and full-auto bolt carrier for your converted to semi-only AKM.
Or even a full auto receiver for AR15/M16 (because, according to russian laws, "AR receiver" is not a receiver at all, because it is has no interaction with bolt/barrel)

There is only one type of civil weapons with full auto - blank-firing guns.
For example, VPO-925 from MOLOT - a factory-made AKM with steel pins, installed into barrel.
That is how it looks like:
The circulation of this type of guns is free, at least, for now.

Q: Why is gun ownership so low?
A: As I have mentioned in first post, this topic is not related to politics.
Our Great irremovable leader, who leads country to success and prosperity - a former KGB colonel, but in addition - hardened hoplophobe.
Moreover, gun laws in Russia are pretty dumb - if you want to buy a rifle (.22 or .50BMG, no matter), you need to own a shotgun for five years before purchase.
And, unfortunately, there is no any kind of NRA-style gun lobby.

Hi!
Yes, according to laws, mags capacity is limited to 10 rounds, except sporting activities, for example - shooting at the range.
It is not prohibited to own 20, 30 or 75 drum mag.
Moreover, the law does not apply to machine guns with belt feed - when it was written, no one could ever think that it would be possible to buy a semi-auto Maxim-Tokarev or MG-53 :)
AR-10/AR-15 are "a bit" overpriced:
