Here are a few vids I have come across on various shootouts in Russia and the surrounding area.

This first one is not really a shootout, but how Russian Swat, or OMON (OMOH) deals with people. The first Porsche is the wrong one. The second one is their target.

This second video is kind of hard to watch. The person filming dies at the end, and the screams are pretty tough. The back story is, in 2005 A group Militants attacked various Russian FSB offices and other targets in Nalchik. About 35 Russians, 14 Cvilians and 90 Rebels were killed. 115 civilians were wounded and 59 rebel suspects were interrogated and reportedly never seen again. Perhaps some other members here more knowledgable on the situation will shed some light. But here is the first video. This is at one of the FSB offices. The people inside are simply office workers, and are not really combat trained.

This next video is from the same battle, but from the perspective of some civilians, watching Rebels attempt to attack some sort of Russian Office. Judging by the architecture, it could be the back end of the FSB office in the first video.

Here is a video of Spets Naz taking out a chechen sniper with a grenade launcher. They later clear the building and find the dead sniper.

This video is one of my favorites. Spetsnaz engage some Chechen terrorists in a Forrest. Two of the dead are Turks. One Spetsnaz is injured in the fight.
VERY intense fight.

Haven't watched all of the vids yet, but my first comment will be about the first video. I am so glad that we live in a country where there is still some recourse that citizens have for the actions of their governemnt. Granted, it sucks when at times bad people don't get as much punishment as they deserve, or when people play the system for their personal gain, but I can't imagine living in a place where the police can just come yank you out of your vehicle, blow out your window with a flashbang (?), throw you on the ground, beat you, and go "whoops, not these guys, get the F outta here".

Anyone who understands Russian here find out what the actual guys OMON was going after were being sought after? I guess it is irrelevant, because in that place, you did whatever they say you did, actually guilty or not. Lawyers obviously can be a great evil when no one around is operating with any common sense, but I'm sure the only due process those guys are getting is from a rifle butt or a pistol slide.

They never actually say what they are going after. They are mostly cussing and swearing at the guys.
