Out of all my snipers, this one is the only Tula marked buttplate I have had, knowingly that is with the arsenal mark.

Stock has a few splices

Military Gun Supply in Ft. Worth has a few Ex-PUs that are plugged, but the stocks are replacements as they have no splices. I thought long and hard about picking one up to restore.
