civvies can possess it, thats not a problem. The problem for most non LEO is you cant get the conversion kits. (although it will work in 762x25 guns...single shot that is)

Because the stuff is so expensive I wanted to help out the LEOs

Our department uses the simunition FX ammo.

If you can send me your selection of ammo, we use the 9mm only right now in MP5's and G-17's

Because it would be for the department we would need to be able to be invoiced.
