75 round drum identification

saw a couple 75 round drums today, is there any online guide to tell what kind they where? they didnt have the wind up micky mouse toy thing on them like ive seen on the chinease drums.

it was hard to tell the markings on them it kinda looked like an M in a triangle or diamond (iirc) and they had some numbers and a couple letters. the guy wanted 149$ for them.
