@Kenmkvii it looks like in both of your 7.62x39 and 7.62x54r rounds you have reloaded/remanufactured tracers made from USGI M62 tracer projectiles. They should be about 147gr.

Lots of gunshow venders sell pulled tracers and AP, small companies also reload and try to pass off this ammo as real Comm Bloc ammo.

Cool find if you just want to see a trace and they light up. They will most likely not match the trajectory of either Comm Bloc round they are loaded in. As for value and construction I would not pay a premium for for them.

The bullets do work great in a 7.62 Nato type reload.

That’s what I’m getting at; I’m looking for tracers originally manufactured with noncorrosive priming, made for military use in 7.62 x 39 mm.

I’m not looking for Ma and Pa cottage industry remanufactured rounds, and not some bullshit substitution. I’m also not looking for ancient projectiles with possibly degraded chemicals that light up half the time.

I want modern, standard pressure, noncorrosive, tracer rounds.

First run production. I don’t care what they cost. I make a lot of money.
