Will any old 5.45 magazine spring work in a Polish 5.45 steel mag?

Reason I ask is that I bought a steel Polish magazine that has no spring.
(Got a deal)
All I have to do now is find a good spring for real cheap.

been looking for some my self. ive seen brand new usa made springs for 7.63x39 but none for the 5.45
