For sale is a one of a kind rifle. 1974 Russian AKMS "PLO" kit rewelded. This is the only one that has ever been rewelded to save the original Iraqi property mark Jeem on the receiver stub, along with the Israeli capture stamps. You will not find another because they do not exist. The hardcore collectors know exactly what this is and why it is priced as such.
This is, as far as I know, one of the first, if not the first, 1mm Russian AKM ever rewelded professionally. It has been in my collection since being built in 2015. This rifle has been my basis for proving 1mm rewelds do not "explode" as many loved to theorize over the years. The rifle has close to 5K rounds of ammo since being welded and the welds have not failed or show any signs of distress. Passes bullet test easily and barrel is very good considering how used it is. I used this rifle to hog hunt for a season and easily bagged hogs at 50-75 yards.
