I have about 10 of those myself. I paid 50 cents apiece for them, NIB. But that was in 1962 to 1969. But the ones i have left were rode hard and put away wet. I might be interested in buying a few.
We have lost a lot of pics, links dont work, and I am just plaim lazy these days. I can only find one picture of the Uzbekistan Side Folder AKM rifles. What was the concesus on these, Mid to late 70s...
Did you know the KCA Web site is back up, not much traffic though.
This is the Izzy variant of the same trunnion. The only real differences i am seeing are the proof marks.

Thanks for the kind words. IIRC Its a Romanian barrel. I have one of the Military AK top covers, it is an Izzy. So i am on the look out for an early Tula.
Stock trunnion has sloped ears, not stepped. Same as the earlier wasp waist trunnion. This variant was rather short lived.
