allen engineering aem5 is the can for the mk12s well its abput as close as you can get unless you happen on an original. my brain isnt working i cant remember the original companies name.
i think this guy was part of, or started the original one though?
I love my aem5 I think you’ll be happy with it. Clone bug has gotten a hold of you.
Bought back an older Red Star optic I sold on an old Colt SP1.
Looks OK on my A1 clone.
I have sold this scope 3 times LOL it always ends up back with me so I guess I'll just keep it.
Had a few Aimpoint red dots and like them just fine.
The comp M3 was my fave and could pick them up dirt cheap for a while.

That 11th hour thread made me spend more money. I'll post pics when its done.
Had a mess of parts so this is what I ended up with.
Anderson lower,PSA upper,Wilson 223 Wylde M4 barrel 1in 9 twist.
ERGO 15 inch free float m lock hand guard, no name flip up iron sights.
Rogers super stock and NIB bolt and bolt carrier.
Not my flavor of AR because I like the GI stuff better.
Came out just fine and shoots fine,no malfunctions in 300 round test run.
Update: Attended a machine gun shoot June 1st and this mutt performed beautifully.
Very accurate too.
Still have some work to do starting with a grey buffer.

The last 20" I did, an A4. A Marine Corps boot graduation present for my oldest.
Lucked into this Eotech the other day so I slapped it on this rifle.
Can't wait to see if I like it as much I do my ACOG.
Brownell's upper & lower, Green Mountain 1:12 barrel, PSA BCG, Colt USGI surplus furniture.
I used yellow spray paint and a cardboard stencil from WalMart to do the rack numbers. Used a carbide pen to "antique" the painted numbers.
