    looks like a russian t1 selector but idk what nk selector looks like, maybe they patterned it after that.

    TYPE 1 kit
    North Korean kit
    Serbian M76 sniper vest (M-99 A3)

    I think you are correct. T1 selector. Look at the light scratch mark in the paint (pic #3^) that matches the radius of the notches perfectly...from having a longer (factory) selector tip rubbing/sliding across the finish for a short time. See two faint marks at the end of the semi/full notches from the tip of the current selector.

    But the finish on the whole gun, including the selector is exactly the same....might of been reblued or refurbed before op got it.

    Is the T1 selector standard for NK Type 58s?

    ^No. I believe it's been swapped out. All of the ones I've seen on the internet were Type 3 style.
