K-slay, ive been trying to get mine to look like that. Would you mind divulging your major steps? From starter to oven temp?
Im taking starter, feeding it and leaving out for a day, then put in fridge. Then I take out of fridge, feed and let sit 12+ hours. Add about 1/2 cup starter to flour, kneed, sit for 30 mins, kneed again, let sit for 6-10 hrs and bake @ 450.

Man that looks damned good for your first time. Bread is a tough art to get down. I used to have a starter at work that I kept and fed on the regular. Made quite a few loaves from it and pizza. Eventually I didn't have time anymore to mess with it and got rid of it after about 10 months or so. I do miss making bread with it.
