Adding Triangle Stock to Draco pistol

    Hello,

Please forgive me if this is the wrong place to ask, but does anyone have experience with adding a triangle stock to a Draco pistol? I'm looking for a new project here in NH. However, before I embark I would like to know if it is legal and what the best way to begin is. Any insight is appreciated.

You're making a short barreled rifle. Do research on sbr's and how to do it legally.

I sent mine to Troy Sellars at InRange and he did this for me...after I got my $200 Short Barrel Rifle tax stamp, of course.

Do some homework on short barreled rifles before you end up in the pokey.

While you’re waiting on your tax stamp check out other Draco sbr builds. Not trying to change your mind but another route would be changing out the rear trunnion and installing a Romanian side folding stock.

Well you'd have to know specific NH laws but what you are thinking of building is an SBR (Short Barrel Rifle), which does fall under the NFA, same as machine guns and suppressors. If NH allows NFA items then you'd need to fill out the appropriate paperwork, have fingerprints done and photos and $200. Send that in and wait for approval. 6+ months. Once approval comes in you can build

    I did it.
Got the stamp and had it engraved. It actually only took about 45 minutes and that included figuring it out on the fly.

The best stock option for most Dracos are Romanian underfolders because most Dracos have the underfolding trunnion already installed.

SBR paper work takes about 4 weeks right now. Or at least that's what I was told. Never Mind just saw the post saying he hasn't been here since 2018..... maybe he is in the Pokey?

Not sure that timeframe is correct. I know a few people currently waiting for their SBR and suppressor paperwork since summer
