Second - Going full fudd would be you SELLING all your 'asshalt" rifles and keeping .22s, shotguns, and bolt action rifles "for durr season" even if you never hunted a day in your life. A fudd would never buy a commie piece of crap like that! Let alone spending that much money! Why... those used to go for 89 dollars a crate AND they gave you a case of ammo AND a blowjob in the parking lot!
Fudds also never buy any polymer guns.

    10Gauge and BigSal like this.
Dear Socialists: I have no money for you. I spent it all on guns and ammo.

I can somewhat agree with that aspect of theirs. I much prefer wood and metal only on rifles myself. Polymer pistol frames I can accept though. Still a preference for metal but polymer does the job good enough for that.

Looking forward to the pics. If its not refurbed, the price is fair these days. Remember when SVT40s were sub $400?

Sadly, I know its a refurb. It has the little box with the slash through it in the proofing and the stock is probably laminate. Ill see it first hand this week and take it home after my 10 day waiting period (Washington's weird laws).
I'd love to see SVT40's back at under a grand man! 400$ seems so far away...

Not all refurbs are the same. I have one from 1950 that still has the original spring loaded firing pin, and has not been BBQued.
