This is so sad. I really wish I could move back to california... I miss the people, the food... the high fucking pay... but this shit is just too much. Eventually this means the handgun registry would have ONE gun on it...

The not so good news is that no new guns can be added to the list since they don't meet the requirements CA is looking at (microstamping being the main one).
A few manufacturers pulled out completely even though their products were grandfathered in. That was their way of protesting which actually shafted the consumers.

For example if Glocks stops manufacturing the Gen 3 handguns, we are out of luck. No gen 4 or 5 or maybe even a future gen 6 can be sold in CA. Not on the list, never will be either.

Hope against hope that the registry gets ruled unconstitutional and that it sticks.

California is a lost cause. You're better off moving to Reno.

Well a long standing house seat did just flip from Blue to Red in CA. So there is definitely hope for a reversal.

I think he would be better off moving to a Republican state. Swapping one democratic state for another is just buying time.

When this state with a population of 40 million+ is exporting political views not only by example and through the use of the media, but mainly by exporting voters (people moving to other states) you need to realize that you can run and hide in other state for a short period of time before CA catches up with you again.

Take a look at all the new purple state. Now even the red states are trying hard to prove they are not "the evil" portrayed on tv and come up with draconian laws. Red flag laws anyone? Magazine capacity limit? Freedom of speech? Freedom of assembly? Hahahaha. Really? Where?

    Show me a free state!

Show me a state free of immigrants from dictatorial and socialists countries. Those people are indoctrinated to the core. Even if they say they are not socialists, they don't realize they are and they don't know how it is to be otherwise.
Their argument will always be "yeah, but it's better for the people..."

None of them recognize the individual, an individual's rights, individual freedom and liberty. Their brains are not programed that way.

There is no greater minority than an individual. This minority is greatly trampled on, ignored, abused, discriminated against and marginalized.

I believe Mars is still too close to CA. I need to go somewhere farther than that.

The thing that really frustrates me about those fleeing liberal states like California is that the significant majority of them come to conservative states and then vote for the same sort of idiots that screwed up the state they just left. I don't understand why they don't ask themselves why the state they just left was so bad that they had to leave and then vote accordingly.
Rights are inherent. They do not come from another's wallet.

Leftists moving to Florida, North Carolina, and Texas are ruining those states. They already ruined Colorado, Washington, Virginia, and Oregon.
Dear Socialists: I have no money for you. I spent it all on guns and ammo.

Look at New Hampshire that is what happened there. The massholes left the state and ruined New Hampshire same as where I live on Cape Cod The demoncrat rich moved to the Cape and Islands and ruined what used to be the part of Mass the used to always vote republican, we did not vote for the Kennedys who had a lousy reputation here.

These statements are so true. Ive seen the change and damage firsthand and it destroyed the state i grew up in and loved. Get on board or get out. I chose to get out and keep my morals, views, and dignity intact.

Its all subjective to what you consider “free”. You want to truly be free from restrictions then make ALOT of money, buy your own island and live on it alone. That is what i think of when people want complete freedom from rules or regulations. Unfortunately its not a option for the majority of us. Hell, more like 99.99 percent of us! So what do we do? Find a place that we can live with and be happy with.

I can tell from your response that you are wayyyyyy frustrated with your location and local government. Moving is a option, you just gotta find out what your willing to put up with. Also not all states are bad. As much as i loved the location and scenery of Oregon and washington, i am much happier here in Idaho because of the state/local government.
