    It's just what I said.
They have no brains. They can't think for themselves, but don't say that to them cause they will prove you wrong. They will only spew out what the party tells them and of course only they are right during a monologue in which you would be the audience since your ideas are never allowed to be presented.

Its all subjective to what you consider “free”. You want to truly be free from restrictions then make ALOT of money, buy your own island and live on it alone. That is what i think of when people want complete freedom from rules or regulations. Unfortunately its not a option for the majority of us. Hell, more like 99.99 percent of us! So what do we do? Find a place that we can live with and be happy with.

I can tell from your response that you are wayyyyyy frustrated with your location and local government. Moving is a option, you just gotta find out what your willing to put up with. Also not all states are bad. As much as i loved the location and scenery of Oregon and washington, i am much happier here in Idaho because of the state/local government.

    I've never been to Idaho.
Texas a couple of times. It's a lost cause. They just need a little more time to turn it Blue.
    Florida, the same.
    North East, no way.
West Coast, it's all California actually. Sorry, but Oregon and Washington are not states anymore, they are simply a Northern expansion of California.
NV and AZ got the contagious disease from their neighbor in the West.
NM, hahaha it's been gone for a long time.
    CO - Mountainous California.

And it's not strictly about 1A. That's crazy. It's about everything. About the illustrious minds telling us (the poors) what to do and how to do it and when to do it.

I was born behind the Iron Curtain. Came here to find out that they followed me.
I guess I am the problem. Wherever I go, I bring communism with me.

It's like a disease I cannot shake. WTF?

If an idiot like AOC is allowed and has the power to tell me how to live, I am done here.
But she is not the only one. There are many like her and there will be many more like her.

This experiment in government control we live in today is the catalyst of what will spawn soon in the political arena.

Staying months at home on "government's money", debt forgiveness, rent forgiveness, mortgage forgiveness, food stamps, free phones... maybe even free cars in the next 5 years.
    What's not to love right?

Take a look at all the new purple state. Now even the red states are trying hard to prove they are not "the evil" portrayed on tv and come up with draconian laws. Red flag laws anyone? Magazine capacity limit? Freedom of speech? Freedom of assembly? Hahahaha. Really? Where?

    Show me a free state!

Show me a state free of immigrants from dictatorial and socialists countries. Those people are indoctrinated to the core. Even if they say they are not socialists, they don't realize they are and they don't know how it is to be otherwise.
Their argument will always be "yeah, but it's better for the people..."

None of them recognize the individual, an individual's rights, individual freedom and liberty. Their brains are not programed that way.

There is no greater minority than an individual. This minority is greatly trampled on, ignored, abused, discriminated against and marginalized.

I believe Mars is still too close to CA. I need to go somewhere farther than that.
Oh I know bro. I spent 30 years in California born and raised, I'm now in FL, and this state is turning to shit now too.

    Newsom does it yet again.
Increased DOJ budget and targets (surprise!!!) guns again.

Each day they look more and more like fools as the sales of guns in CA increases.
We were told about daily massacres and streets full of blood everywhere.
    Well, guess what?
    Not happening.

They are doubling down on their madness.

Unfortunately yes. When the wife and I were looking for states to move to with looked into nevada. Well, after looking into AZ, UT, and TX. I didn’t like that NV was right next to CA but could deal with it until I found out it is a democratic state. Never again will I live in a democratic state.

Ive always said it was only a matter of time before OR and WA turned into CA. I seen it more and more everyday i lived there. I got out of WA state a week after covid19 shut everything down. Im glad i did. Looking into how the WA state governor is handling things, its s shitshow. Although with a democratic state, thats to be expected.

Plenty of good states left. ID, MT, WY, come to the top of my head. I think you have been in a place for so long its hard to see anything different. The whole west coast has a negative vibe. Meaning people are happy being angry and in peoples buisness. Its typical left leaning behavior and its not gonna change unless you accept it and change with it, or relocate. One your out of it you will wonder why you stayed in it for so long.

As far as on the federal level, you have three choices. Accept the dumbasses for what they are, change it, or unplug. We all have to unplug from time to time for our sanity.

Yes. Everyone is angry here. Everyone is very frustrated. I think it's because of the high population density and the human friction that comes with it.
Driving in LA is like driving through Baghdad, without the IED, but that's coming later this year I think.

Total disrespect toward the law, road signs, speed limit, other people... I am amazed and I've been here for a long time seeing it happen more and more. It's not like I was teleported here and BAM! Surprise! Watch out for yourself cause nobody else will.

You need a friggin APC to be safe in LA.

I parked my car a couple of weeks ago to go see someone, 5 minutes later 5 shots fired about 25 yards or less away from where I parked. DOS.

Yet the vast majority still vote for the same idiots that are killing California. I just don't understand the mentality.
Rights are inherent. They do not come from another's wallet.

Its a total lack of critical thinking and ability to connect the dots. They don't understand that maybe the party that has run CA exclusively for over 50 years is responsible for the reasons they left.

Although legally it is recommended to stay at home, not a law.

I heard about a woman complaining about taxes in her state. I think it was a few years ago and I think she lived in Washington. She listed off things she voted for like parks, mass transit, and other crap but could not understand why her taxes were high. Some people are so disconnected from reality.

Because the TV always tells you the rich people will pay for everything when you raise taxes. And she believed it.

California will collapse sooner rather than later, so if I were you I would take a serious look at leaving if your able to.

People are talking about Illinois needing a bailout. Sounds like they might be worse of than California financially.

Screw them and their bailouts. Look up the story from 2019 when Cuomo was talking about the shortfalls NY state was having, and he said "God help us if the rich leave". Many have left NYC, and their problems are going to get...interesting.
