Perhaps I missed it but what optics are these coming with? Also any chance for more photos?

Those in the photos dont look like our svds. The flash hider matches the original while ours will have the modern paratrooper type... Also not sure if the sporting rifles must be imported with wood furniture or if they may come in with polymer - I much prefer the black polymer

I never saw the photos though - only making observations from what others have reported!

It would be nice if the spotter version of these came in like the Zastava M91 sporters which have a 14-1 left hand thread protector tack welded on.

Scope looks like a POSP 4x24 that takes a AA battery. No "Made in" markings, but turret markings are in English. Hammered grey finish. No expert on these so someone else may be able to give some more info.

Scopes were refurbished and repurged by a subcontractor company that works with Schmidt and Bender Hungary.

Internals is near brand new and it was repainted in a heavy durable finish.

The photos of the military version are terribly pixelated, we need better quality when the civilian ones come through - overall and close ups would be awesome

Not gonna help with that until it's over the finish line...

I only wanted to share the shipping crate.

    I'm sorry..
When it is across the finish line or close to it..I will bust the damn open and share detailed pictures.

Others are welcome to say something if they got an email and NDA.

Ask away and they will answer.

    Same for me.

    Why is this?

Because I don't want to jeopardize the civilian sporting model and its approval.

ATF barely approved the recoil management system unlike previous models.

Wait until it's past the finish line. I had a deal going that was 90% there and it went poof.. well.. at least I thought it did. I closed on that deal yesterday. The point is... It a'int over until it's over. Post super pictures and details when it's officially approved and on the boat.

Guys.. you're not going to be disappointed. I'm not very technically knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of how awesome these rifles are.. I'm not riveted by rivets. But these rifles are a fresh injection of history that we haven't seen in ages.

Tell ya what... if someone buys one and is terribly saddened by it, I'll take it off yer hands for half of what ya pay for it. It's a used gun after all

Apologies if I missed it earlier in the thread, but are the civilian flash hiders going to be welded onto the barrel's threading? Or is it something that an end user can swap out to a traditional style on their own?
