It looks like APEX is parting out some of the sanitized kits.

    I have:

546 Gas Tube - marking location "late style" forward of handguard - visible when installed
    768 Auto Sear
    700 Auto Sear
    976 Selector
    939 Selector
    874 Recoil Spring Assy.
    038 Recoil Spring Assy.
"H" Top cover - the numbers are ground
Bolt Carrier - 71 H 4079 (I will only consider trading with someone with this exact trunion marking)
    Bolt - P 2045

    I'm looking for parts numbered:

    66 P 4660
    319 (late style circa 1987)

I know I have a few more numbered parts. I will add them as I go through my stuff.

I ordered a 2nd "almost matching" kit from APEX. From this one,
    I have all matching 71 U 0744 except:
Recoil Spring Assy # 432 (electro penciled)
    RSB w/Sight Leaf # U 3672
    Selector # 123
    Top cover # U 5236
    Auto sear # 638

    I need:
    RSB w/Sight Leaf # U 0744
    Selector # 744
    Top cover # U 0744

Recoil spring assy # 744 from Shep now re-united with kit. Thanks!

Re: E. German MPi-KM Parts Reunification Thread

No posts for almost a month.
So is the re-unification effort dead then?
Is no one buying any more APEX kits or what?

Re: E. German MPi-KM Parts Reunification Thread

mOondoggy...one of my kits had a mismatched top cover as well. I ordered this piece from Northridge Intl. : http://northridgeinc.com/store/index.cfm/c119/i757

The part I received was NOS correct MPi-KM style and un-numbered.

Re: E. German MPi-KM Parts Reunification Thread

I'm pretty sure my top is the correct type, just the wrong number. I'm not sure I care about the number as long as the cover is correct.

Re: E. German MPi-KM Parts Reunification Thread

I have a really nice EG pistol grip (brown plastic) if anyone needs one and I am not sure how they matched bayonets but I have a nice black 74 complete bayonet with the number 343247 scratched out and the number 6262 if it is needed or matches any of your rifles. I am more than willing to trade or sell to anyone in need of these. Just PM me and LMK!
