    *86 kit
    *Childers receiver left blank - I cut notches and markings
    *Polish barrel

    This is a good friends rifle, he came to visit me with his kit and this is what we whipped up.

    It was a featureless receiver when we started. I was proud of it and wanted to share

    Does it have the late style flat gas tube lock?
    Constantly studying spots welds, mag well dimple shapes, center support rivet heads and selector markings for the last 12 years...

    BTW - Keep your BFH away from my AK!

    Yes. This thing is perfect, the receiver matches the original perfectly. The hot blue is the perfect color.

    Recreator’s new notches are on time, I would look into his with Weaponmarks stencils. Get 3rd spot weld over right dimple.
