Russian Pic Thread... clone/real deal...post them here

Mixture of 'clones' and a few Russian AKM kits on NDS-1 receivers.

Awesome photo! Quite a neat way of photographing multiple guns together, Exotic-Toys. Laminated wood lovers,... unite!

    My adopted Russians...

    Converted AES-10B, 1953 Tula SKS (stamped/matching/blued)

    Converted SA-93, Maadi ARM

    Converted SLR-105/AKS, Plum SLR-105

    Converted Saiga/103, SLR-105/74M, Saiga 12

Most of these are from Chris Butler. And my poor photo skills don't do these works justice...

My Canon 40D is one of the coolest toys I've purchased - period! No substitute for a good camera. Especially, if you have kids in a lot of sports and need to take the action shots. (easier to justify that $1600 price tag to the wife ). With my old Nikon I just couldn't get the macro shots of the ak's detail.

    Still a work in progress

1971 Izhmash mismatched/electro penciled, original stock cleaned/finished up by Z-recto, front end wood from Rob, 1-10 sight leaf from JKF (only 5 days), Sling ('70 not shown), mag bag '72, Izm Bayo and mags. Top cover is Romy but will be a E.German when finished, Selector/grip from the orig kit.

Waiting on a new NDS1 with marking from Orion Arms then new park/paint
