Saiga conversion by RWC malfunction FTF

I bought a Saiga converted by RWC some years ago. Model IZ132Z. Since then I have been having problems with it. It misfeeds approx twice for every magazine. I have pmags and us palm mags for it. Somehow the bolt rides a bit over half of the casing. I use tula ammo and golden tiger fmj. Ive shot about 900 rounds total since I got it new. It has a bullet guide(welded). I cannot find the problem. Any advice please?

Do you have any plain old surplus steel mags you could try?

At first I thought maybe the mags are sitting too low but that would cause all or most rounds to jam. Like Bit said.....do you have any plain old surplus mags to try.

It could be the mag is sitting to low or loose depending on how he shoots the gun, if he pulls back on the mag or rests the gun on the mag while shooting that could affect the number of misfeeds

I appreciate your responses! I am sorry for the late response but I thought I would get notified by email if I had a reply but I didn’t. I stumbled through my post today lol and came across your replies. I don’t have any surplus mags but I will give them a try! Any brand you all recommend? Also, I did the magazine wobble front and back, but it only has very minimal movement.
