been thinking about this since you posted it.
i love this rifle w/ the long handguards.
cant understand what the thing opposite the selector is doing and the knob on the outside left.
im not sure if its the picture or what but if you look at the version that is said to be unmodified w/ the short handguards and permanent muzzle brake it looks to have removable fcg pins.
and the rifle w/ long handguards has permanent ones.
on the early production rifles we believe they came w/ the semi-permanent pins peaned in place and some/most were sent in for repair or rebuild or whatever they drilled out the left to 7mm and used the pins were used to for the rest of production.
anyways... if it was the same rifle it seems to be in the wrong order.
could just be the picture though.
anybody figure out how the front of the long handguard is attached?
the rear has a screw up into it. i cant figure out the front though. theyve gotten rid of the loop that holds the cleaning rod.
