    California legal Draco NAK-9

Of course it comes in the form of a rifle. Fixed stock, 16" long barrel (including the pinned and welded muzzle extension), pistol grip wrap/fin, reduced capacity magazine, apparently magpul furniture.

Without the fin it's also a non-NFA item.
But yes, the fin makes much more friendlier and safe.

You can't have a folding stock and a flash suppressor on top of the high speed fin.

Nice to know that having that finned pistol grip makes the rifle incapable of shooting babies and grown babies.

It's actually a rudder and the rifle was developed for the Naval forces.
Super secret stuff I am not allowed to disclose publicly, like on a forum or something like that.

Should come with a front of the Buyback line pass for the compliance cuck that buys one.
