Saw this and thought it was awesome. What a great idea and very authentic/correct. If you love Romy's then you'll love this: https://www.gunbroker.com/item/820271506

It doesn't say it was imported at 80%, just that it's an 80% parts kit. If you read it carefully it says

ATF Approved AKM 80% parts kit. This kit is all new manufactured Romanian parts from the Cugir arms factory. The barrel is Romanian hammer forged, chrome lined, properly head spaced and pinned. The gas port has also been drilled. Receiver shell is fully heat treated with the rails welded in and original Romanian style selector markings engraved. The front and rear trunnions have been properly installed and riveted in place. Trigger guard and magazine release has also been riveted in place. This kit does not require a FFL and can be shipped directly to the purchaser.

It never says it's a Romanian receiver, or that it was assembled at Cugir. Looks like just one of the new production parts kits populated on a M&M rommy barrel and a recreator flat that hasn't been finished?

Does the seller have a website or something stating they're imported at 80%?
