    Older WASR

I picked up a WASR 10 back about 5 years ago. It doesn't have mag well dimples, it has the tabs on the lower bolt rail. Also, there is no muzzle nut or device of any kind. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to find out when this rifle was assembled and by which of Century's builders this came from?

It's actually a nice rifle, none of the horrors Century rifles usually have. Sights are in line, headspaced well, and is more accurate than I thought it would be.

    Re: Older WASR

Look on the front trunnion for a date and the rifle is made in Romania, not by Century. They just add compliance parts and open the magwell.
