    Mak 90 for WASR

Just picked up an unfired Mak90 in trade for a WASR. What other stock options besides the ironwood would you guys suggest? I know this topic has probably been beat to death, so sorry if it has. Thanks!

Find a Chinese buttstock or you could change the whole furniture set to something else. I have one with a green arsenal poly set. Looks pretty good IMO.

I would find a stock Norinco set and put the Bush-hole stock you take off in a clean, dry location in the event you ever sell it.

I don't but you can get the same affect from searching AK Arsenal OD Green I'm sure. You DO have to do some sanding to get the com-bloc stock to fit the Norinco receiver. 1mm difference IIRC. It just depends on what you want.To each his own!!! If you want tit to look original than find a Chi-com Buttstock & pistol grip. They are not cheap these days though!

Depends on your use. If its shot and used alot id do poly stock set. If not much then spend the money on a chicom set or ironwood.

Also, pics or it didn’t happen!

It would look great but remember that using a Euro stock set on a Chinese receiver requires lots of fitting to get the set to work. The Chinese used a 1.5mm thick receiver where the Euro is 1.0. Might not seem like much but it does when you try to install Euro furniture on the Norinco.
