    Nice group!

Your 1989 AEC prefix kit was made at the SADU arsenal.

The very first AK kit I bought in 2007. Original barrel kit from Ohio Rapid Fire.

BFPU fixed stock - all matching. I pressed the barrel out of the trunnion about 9 years ago.

I'll build it when I consider the receiver "perfect".

    Fairly early .... 59 ish?
When the sling loop was on the receiver since thatís the stock I have ... so I cut the hole for it.

Here's a Arsenal Bulgaria SLR-105R that I purchased new in late 2004. The original black plastic has been replaced by a NOS Bulgarian AK-74 furniture set.

Had the same thought. I also waited to build for that reason but am really impressed with Recreator's complete receivers. I've started a Bulgarian AK-74 build on one.

This is really nice! Thinking about cutting down my SAM7 and crowing it with a smaller muzzle device to lighten the from end. What is the front sight?
