    Bolt won’t rotate on rommy

So the second Romanian build I’m on and the bolt won’t rotate in the trunnion it feels like it’s hitting something and won’t advance. The bolt carrier slides fine without the bolt in it and both bolt and carrier work fine if I swap them into my other build. Looks like it’s hitting the ramp that starts the bolt rotation?

Is it a new bolt? If yes it needs to be fit. Check this out.
Also barrel needs to be in place, you will understand after reading this.

Yes parallel I used an akbuilders jig and caliper so tails are strait. Happens after bolt is past the ejector

I bought a kit once from a guy who had somehow squashed the rear end of the trunnion very slightly when he was removing the cut receiver pieces and barrel. I couldn't get the bolt to go into battery, either. I know the truns are hard, and I wouldn't have thought it possible if I hadn't seen it. It only takes a little bit to throw the geometry off.

He didn't tell me how it happened, or if it was done with a vise or a press or a BFH. Didn't admit that he knew it was damaged, but he refunded me and took the kit back.

the bolt continues to interact w/ the ejector for a while if its kicking it to the right it can lock it up still i think.
does that other builds bolt and carrier rotate into battery on this?
