How much rust is a concern

I bought a used rifle on here and I noticed that there are some areas with some surface rust (gas block, around barrel/rear trunnion, in other various nooks)

The previous owner lived in a humid climate, so I am guessing it was just from poor maintenance and the humidity combined.

I live in a dry climate, and i have it in a somewhat temperature controlled safe. Its around 35 percent humidity here.

Should I take it in to a shop to get repaired? Is it a concern?

As i see it, its unlikely that the gun will fail due to these areas, however, I obviously want this thing to last a while. Its an arsenal 104.

Pictures can be provided if requested

i wouldn't leave it that's for sure. if it was my gun i would strip old finish to the bare metal, park it and then paint it with something durable and authentic.
Arsenal is a quality AK letting thins like this go untreated is a sure way to destroy rifle's value.

I field stripped it and removed as much as possible with a brass brush. At this point, I can see some under various "removable" parts like the gas block (in the crevices between the barrel and the block), the front sight (between barrel and block), and between the barrel/trunnion (would have to de-rivet the thing), and finally, the bolt carrier rails (would have to un-weld them)

I think at this point it would need professional help
