The extractor needs to be filed to fit your kit. That was done on purpose so you get a solid fit.
Oh god and his infinite wisdom would never have ordained that!

I did that already, and it slides really nice, it's just that "step" on the secondary locking lug that's the issue. I talked to a guy at Childers and I'll send out my receiver, bolt, carrier, and trunnion to see if there's any issues.

I built mine as a sidefolder, the hole for the latch pin is undersized. Seems everything is undersized. I guess I'm used to using nodak, none of that fitting was necessary.
If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck!

    Chinese front trunnions

Big stink about Chinese parts, or the lack of them. A Chinese flat is .050" or 1.2mm thick. I'm ordering a flat press with the chinese dye to accommodate the thicker flats. Now, if I use a Russian or eastern block front trunnion (made for 1mm flats) I'll have 1mm excess on each side. This shouldn't interfere with the bolt carrier, but I'll have to bend the rails to fit the slight deformity. I like a thicker flat, fit with a M70 barrel. Everything remains the same. I'll keep you posted on the build. JWM
