Good price on slab side mag?

What’s a good price with current market on a slab side? Have a guy that has one I want, but neither of us know the value.

I don’t want to take advantage of him, nor be taken advantage of.

What’s a fair price so both parties involved are happy?

Mags in good condition. I didn’t look at the markings, I assume they are Russian though? Don’t know much about them.

Wow! Alright. May be more than I want to pay then for it to be a good deal for both me and him.

    Thank you.

Gotcha that seems more reasonable. I’ll see if we can find an agreeable price between 60-90.

    Thanks guys.

Christ, mag prices have gone up over the last couple years.

To the best of my knowledge, I don't think I've ever run a slab side. Is there any functioning advantages to them?

Nah, they are as heavy as a brick but they're cool because they are old. I always take either a slabside or a bakelite to the range just becaue they're different.

^ At a quick glance, "What A County" has Polish steel ribbed, good cond'n for 18 bucks and CDNN's got Bulgarian steel for $15, which kind of seems too good to be true. I guess prices are going up and inventory's are down but that's not bad, especially if you're low. If the Bulby deal's legit I'd jump on it.

I'm glad I grabbed a bunch last year. I don't remember prices being quite this high.
