    Sorry i didnt mean to imply i had located most of the actual parts, just info in the book. It is dispersed through all of the individual chapters as are all the variants.
    Raised in New Mexico, where the Hell else do you sneak out in the backyard and shoot off an Atom Bomb or three, instead of a firecracker ...

    After 1978 these Handguards continued to be used. Since the top cover hinge block was lengthened, the upper had to be shortened.

    Wasnt me i didnt do it. Bought it off of the market place on the AK Files. Sure glad someone else did it though, I dont think i would have been brave enough.

    FYI someone has a set of those handguards on GB right now. Probably never get a shot at getting these again, as I know the couple guys with them wont sell them!
