I have never heard of the Finns selling any parts kits.

    You could ask here:

"Go sell crazy somewhere else... we're all stocked up here."

Saw a chopped up 71 series in .223 once on GunBroker, That's it in my 5 years of daily searching for such things. Not to say one won't come up in another few days. AK collecting, you never know what can come along.

The Finnish Army themselves only adopted the M/62 as well as the M95. The 5.56 and 7.62 models were export only.

As producion has ended at Sako, I have heard that they actually have to canibalize rifles to keep the others working. So doubt they are going to sell them off.

They still keep large numbers of ChiCom Type 56s also.

Yeah right, we cannibalize rifles WTF, Finnish defense force(army) if called to arms would be fielding somewhere around 350 000 men in the time of war (we have 1200 000 reservist) and rifles in storage are in exess of > 500 000.

And belive me there are plenty of spareparts, downside is that none of it will ever to be sold to public, if they are discarded they will be melted.

It already has started all BMP-1 and T-72 are melted down, punch of rifles from East German (with opticrails) were destroyed, rather than send as an aid to Afgan gorverment (not sure of numbers but, my bet is around 30 to 40k MpiK72 rifles).

Stuff from WW2 was sold all over planet, now it has tried down, collectors around here were able buy class3 stuff from army, but that has ended also.
