I don't think the m76 was ever designed to shoot in full auto.

AK Fanboy, where do you live in Italy?
Instead of telling each other how bad the situation is why not take 2 minutes of your life and tell our elected officials instead? www.congress.org

OK, I think that might explain it. Don't think the specific caliber is to blame, you apparently had a military-spec M76. As a DMR they were not made or intended to be full auto weapons, but "it has been said" (meaning that I don't know this as a fact) that the M76 had a "last ditch" (desperate situation) function that would allow full auto when the selector was in a certain position. I think some of the pre-ban M76 rifles imported to the US may have had that issue, but the my memories of that are vague. Others can shed more light on it. Better asked by starting a new thread on the topic in the Yugoslavian subforum.
We've got a hell of a lot more in common with the fellow citizens we're being trained to hate than the puppetmasters training us to hate them.

    Glad to have you, Bro.

I hope you can get something else to fill the void. That's a shame.

    Welcome!

About half my ancestors can trace their roots back to Sicily and also (I think) the Naples ares. That makes my daughter 1/4 Italian, and yet still, the brown eyes, curly hair, and feisty temperament shine through. Strong genes from Italy!

I hope that you can find another AK to shoot and enjoy soon.

Remember US is just as stupid. Or ATF, whatever.
The latest batch of military PSL imported by Classic Firearms had to be returned because the third pin was there.
And yeah, the PSL was never designed to be fired in auto mode.

Europe is a continent, do not make broad statement, and something you Americans need to learn is to not live in a glass house and throw stones with your shitty crumbling infrastructure and shithole cities like Detroit or San Francisco where your homeless piss and shit in the streets.
