If they determine this, good chance you're SOL. You'll then soon be getting a letter from customs informing you that your shipment has been seized. That is typically as far as they'll take it unless you're FUCKED UP-fucked up and the stuff you ordered is so illegal they may take legal action against you. eBay guarantees only go so far and they are not ironclad. As I mentioned in the recent Walmart thread:

It looks like you're only interested in soft goods so you're not at risk of an ITAR seizure.
Yeah I’ll have to look more into ITAR stuff. Isn’t that like gun parts totaling $100+ and body armor, firearms, etc?

I’d be surprised if like fatigues, pouches, and stuff was not allowed.

Easy solution will be to try to find stuff already in the US. I’ll just be patient.

Suit yourself. Nylon goods and uniform items are 100% not ITAR.

Good to know thanks Zulu. Puts my fears to rest. Like I said I would have been surprised if uniforms and pouches etc were ITAR but I don’t know much about that stuff.

Appreciate all the help from everyone.

    For instance...

For Hungary its customs here that gives issues...for anything remotely military related..

Same. I'm going to order 3 or 4 mag pouches this week. I'm switching my rigs to "Tacos" and I like how these maintain more grip on the mag and less exposed surface.

    Those are awesome!

I might have to get a few as well... especially if they’d work well for both an AR or an AK.

Im getting a Mayflower LAPC and I’m probably going to molle those onto the Swift clip panel attachment thing.

It just really really depends and it's just lick luck of the draw.

Those grenades from Serbia. They came in fine...with no issues for me.

I haven’t ordered yet. I went standard ground last time @ a month + for deliver. I think on paper it said it would take 10-15 days but it got held up over there. 2-3 day express will definitely solve problems.

Was that deal something DHL did for you or did Grey Shop hook you up?

Great! Thanks much for the update! Glad you got your stuff no issues. I’ll order some stuff soon, probably just pouches for a swift clip rig on a Mayflower, but I really like the Smersh load carrier vests.

Then don't buy anything in that grey area. Simply put, if you can't afford to write it off, don't roll the dice. I never got a mag pouch from Europe, and after almost 4 weeks, I received my money back. As it turned out, the package was delayed.
