    I just wish it mattered.

That gun and pro 2A supporters boycott mattered. That the opinions mattered. As it is they do not.

"They" and that includes big business, political parties and the .gov, want you fat, dumb, compliant and happy or crazy afraid, so you'll to go to work everyday. That way they can fleece your paycheck at about 40% in taxes and the rest in your purchases (on credit of course) to keep you a slave to the machine.

I'm surprised there wasn't a panic buy. Still plenty on the shelves in my area. Picked up some 150 grain Federal HST 9mm for my CC as I was in the store and the closest other shop didn't have any.

I forgot to ask if they had any more of the short barrel rifle ammo.

    Want to buy:
    1966 East German AKM kit
    TYPE 1 kit
    North Korean kit
    Serbian M76 sniper vest (M-99 A3)

If I was not on some government watch list, I'd be insulted.

As far as Im concerned they can virtue signal 100%. None of that half ass shit. You're either for or against not for until the product runs out.

    No!

I'm against big oil just as soon as I fill up my tank!

Nein. If this ammo is such a problem why keep selling it? Pull I now, cut your losses!

I bought some ammo from Walmart Saturday. About half of what they are going to stop selling is gone. More shotgun ammo was gone more than anything. I asked an employee what are they going to stop selling. He said he did not know other than what was in the news. He did not get a memo. Walmart is not telling their employees anything.

Handgun calibers are on the left. .22 and rifle on right. Brown cardboard boxes on bottom are Federal XM855.

    Shotgun basically empty.

Dear Socialists: I have no money for you. I spent it all on guns and ammo.

Dick's destroyed their ARs instead of selling them.

This type of panic buying is the bane of my existence because it shows just how weak and unprepared we are as a Nation.
It scares me because everyone should be as prepared as possible, to most this is just a passing thought until the possibility of TSHTF becoming a reality to Joe Sixpack. In a real situation this complacency is deadly.

At this point I'm convinced people are just buying. I'm sure there are some who are completely and utterly unprepared but for the most part I think it's buying for the sake of buying. I almost think that if you replaced ammo with underwear you'd see the same thing. OMG... Wally World won't be carrying any more underwear.....time to buy buy buy!!

I don't know if it is panic buying. Shotgun ammo being almost gone might be because of hunters buying it. A lot of people hunt in my part of the state. I just bought a few boxes of SBR ammo. I talked to a guy who is a member of my gun club while at Walmart. He said is going to buy ammo from Rural King now.

Oh I agree, everybody wants to be the guy who "Knew Better" and bought 500 pair of Extra Large Bikini briefs because, once they ban them only Pre-Ban Bikini briefs will be legal without a stamp from the BATFE.

I dunno, Bird Shot is dead to me, #4 or above only and hopefully 000, 00 or slug. If that's how I had to judge, that would be the yard stick I would measure with.

Would you rather people who work at Walmart be on welfare? At least they are working. I know of a lot of people who collect disability because they are lazy. I say they are allergic to work. But I also know of people who have a job and abuse FMLA because they are lazy. A factory I know of gives their employees 3 weeks vacation. A few people there use FMLA and get an extra 6 weeks vacation. And this place has very good pay and benefits. I know you are trying to be funny but I never worked at Walmart.

It's a quote from Louie Anderson in the movie "Coming to America".

I don't actuay care where anyone works dude, a job is a job, and it's not my life. I do what I do for work because it's what I want to do, and no other reason exists. I think that we should have welfare, but that it should be greatly restricted with mandatory community service for able bodies. Being fat or an illegal immigrant is not a good enough excuse for assistance with tax payer dollars.
