Rifle Dynamics modifications on my 107cr

I recently sent one of my AKMs to Rifle Dynamics to sample their work. I have been looking for sometime for a gunsmith that would perform the work I was looking for on my 107cr. When I bought the rifle I had plans to SBR it, but as time passed that became a less, and less, attractive option. I finally decided that I wanted the barrel cut and a device pinned to legal length.

like I mentioned I had looked locally for sometime as I didnít want to deal with shipping and receiving. But I found the Rifle Dynamics website and noticed the Arsenal upgrade package they offered. I emailed them a few questions and got a quick reply that answered all my questions. I decided Iíd send them my 107 and see what came back. At the very least I knew Iíd be getting rid of the naked barrel end sticking out of the gas block...lol.

I got the rifle back and was very impressed. The new finish has been much more durable than the original Arsenal black paint, and it looks much better in person than the pics on the RD website. The action is much smoother, and the AKT trigger is much more to my liking than the original Arsenal unit. The Ultimak rail gets hot as all of you know but it offers a nice mounting point for a red dot and a light.

Ive got about 300rds through it so far since it returned and itís a much better package than the base 107cr. I know there are differing opinions on RD, but my experience was extremely positive and efficient. Communication was excellent, I am very happy with the work, and turnaround time was about 3 weeks.

Nice. What is etched on the left side of the rear sight assembly?

"I have been persecuted but never prosecuted." Antony C. Sutton regarding his books. It's mildly amusing to see "Groupthink".
