So I got the hole threaded in my Vepr and the bullet guide is in.... well kind of, I still need to thread lock it but before I do I have a question!! So the rifle cycles fine but I notice that the bullets on the right side of the mag graze the bottom of the barrel at the tips slightly. Is this a problem I should be concerned about? or did I mess up on the placement of the guide?
That's been one of my pet peeves for years.
If accuracy is consistent, I wouldn't sweat it.
I have changed followers to eliminate this and sometimes very slightly tighten the feed lips
to better center the round going into the chamber.
I have one Vepr that only likes a diet of AK103 mags...ouch...but it shoots and cycles great with them.

So maybe just a magazine issue? The Mags I have look to be fairly used minus the one circle 10 I have that wont click into place yet. I may need to file some more off the magazine catch so that that one will work too, I do appreciate the input
May be try to shim it up a little with a piece of sheet metal.
